Rogers Community

It is part of my rent so clearly Rogers is getting paid for the "service" and making no effort to maintain it. 

Rogers is part of my rent, I have no control over it.  It goes up every 2 years or so and we get no input.   I'm not working right now so getting Ignite is not an option. Why have they removed the dates - does anyone know?  It's very strange, of all ...
