The cloud means it can be hacked. Rogers is not consumer friendly

I realize I will have to change eventually but Rogers is not an honest player. Bell always offering promotions, one ends and another begins

home phone, mobile and Internet is with Bell and going to stay that way

someone from Rogers told me that if I switch to Ignite for TV then have to give them home phone and internet as wellthat's crazy!on other hand there are Rogers PVR boxes out there for sale on the market

also my wife is very untech savvy so learning a new system is very difficult for her
