I can watch games. My issue comes up when I am using the nhl.com app. I can not watch any video content?

There is no solution in any of these messages that fixes my problem? What was the point of moving it here then?

Whenever I try and access a video off my Samsung S10+ I always get Game not available error code 1000? It was the same on my Samsung S8? How can I fix this?
