Was able to reach Rogers and our system was reset. Also, a ticket was initiated. Both Tech Support and I are puzzled: Problem only occurs recording NFL games, mainly through TSN channels. All our other PVRed shows are fine.
This is getting old. PVRing NFL game today. Checked the recording just now and its frozen with no sound. Will get on the phone with rogers again tomorrow. With no forum comments recently, I thought that the problem had finally been fixed.
Good news! I've watched three more PVRed football games without issues, but I'm hoping no more issues this weekend also. In my case, issues are mostly Sundays.

I'm afraid that if only a minority of users have this issue, the problem will continue. All those affected need to keep calling Rogers support. Strength is in numbers!
