Finally I got pixel 2 xl(rogers) yesterday from Bestbuy, they had 5 in stock. It's still on September security update and 8.0.0. Hopefully will get Nov update very soon. There is no option for VoLTE or wifi calling yet!!
@Meowmix thanks for your help and concern. I noticed that when everyone was seeing imei numbers in their account, my account got opened for new upgrade. Previously it was locked.
