why is LTE faster on my Iphone than the ZTE hub connected to the same tower ( same signal strength)
As the title says it all , I'm just wondering why my phone registers close to 20 megs on LTE but the hub can only squeak out roughly 5 max ( hub set...
yeah first thing I tried to do was to escalate the call but was given referrece to a third party cloud /IT co that would help me with this......very annoying as I hit this issue in clients houses all too often.
I tried this and it didnt work, apparently the service has to be deleted and then re-added sometimes..tech support now recommends a 3rd party service now as they dont support port forwarding or anything......nice!
