It is working now somewhat. iPhone scores are not updated but can still watch the games.

The problem is known and it affects multiple devices. I can't watch on iPad, iPhone or PC. It works on my PS4.

I was able to get to support using Live Chat. Took a few minutes but I got there. Like I said, this is a known issue and there is nothing the consumer can do until Rogers fixes it.
