Rogers Community

I also have this problem. I went through Rogers several times last summer, and nobody seem to be able to figure it out.

I contacted Rogers about this in the summer of 2024 and it still keeps doing it and it wipes out the downloads if I have anything downloaded, and apparently Rogers could find no reason for it

Not to mention there are a few very spammy emails that are spam Pretty obviously that are appearing every day

We have recently changed to ignite and it may be in our imagination but it seems to have grown since then. We get tons of proper emails in our spam folder now so my husband is having to check it several times a day to make sure there aren’t important...
