Apologies, my post was worded poorly. I have gotten a shipping confirmation but I have yet to receive a call that I can go pick it up. So I was wondering if by tomorrow I don't get the pick up notification if I'm entitled to some compensation.
I got the notification that my phone shipped on April 11 for store pickup but since then, nothing. What happens if I don't get it by tomorrow? Would I be entitled to any kind of compensation?
