I think at this point the forum mods and rogers tech all stopped trying and hoping we just move on to another provider.  Personally, I am waiting for a certain ISP to come to my area before I switch from this garbage company

This issue is still ongoing.  It been over a month! What a joke.  I don't even know why I'm still with Rogers.
