Yes you get a notification that a phone has been added to your plan...  then a shipping notice shortly afterwards.  But before that - nothing for weeks (and calling customer service is a waste of time, they don't have any updates on your order)

I got the shipping notice the day after the account was updated.  Then a day later the phone came... 

I got my iphone 12 pro (pacific blue) finally. Took 7 weeks from order date (ordered Oct 21) .  No updates until it shipped.  

have you received this phone yet? I ordered the same one on Oct 13th and still haven't gotten any updates
