Yes, I had that same issue. To resolve it I disabled Enhanced 4G LTE Mode. When the next software update comes, seems like Rogers says the Pixel will support this. I will turn it on at that time and see if the problem is resolved.
Did you ever fix this problem? I'm having the same issue. If Enhanced LTE is on, no calls come through when on WiFi. If you learned anything new it will save me a lot of time. If you're still in the dark, I will call support and gather new informatio...
