Same for me. Rogers seems to be lagging behind in this rollout compared to other providers. They also have not published any information on when we can expect it. Being 3 months behind on security patches is an uncomfortable place to be.
I did use the smart switch for data migration. Over the summer I activated an esim for travel data and the CSC has s918woyv... The esim is disabled now.
I still only have the July security update and firmware version ending in S4CXE9. From what I've seen this confirms neither has been pushed for my phone.
