The Light on my Rogers Ignite TV set top box is always off after adjusting it to 2 of 3 Intensity!

Ever since i adjusted the light on my rogers ignite TV set top box it is now always off! I adjusted it to number 2 of 3 in intensity but it is now always off!         **Added Labels**
