Why do I see everyone recording?

I have Ignite TV (small boxes) on all the tv’s (5) my question is; how come I see another tv’s recording and when their show is scheduled I get a notice on another tv? Is there anyway to make each tv separate & their own recordings? ***Edited Lab...
