I cannot get my echo dots or ring doorbell to connect to my rogers wifi. I’ve heard the solution is to have your 2.4 and 5ghz bands separated. Has anyone else run into this problem?

My dots are 3rd gen and the one I can’t get connected is 4thI’ve tried splitting my bands but the 2.4ghz band has no internet access once I do so. I haven’t been able to figure that out yet.
