Agreed! Why would I be aware that I need to remove the SIM card from my phone to avoid charges. There could be a simple consent/not consent option when u get where u r going
Totally agreed! I’m currently in a similar situation with Rogers. I should not need to know how worldwide networks work!I did what I thought was due diligence by changing my phone settings when I landed in my foreign destination.
