I heard on Reddit they offically started supporting the GW series on Aug 29. However online tech support isn't aware and you've got to set it up in store anyways.Good to know though. Mabye 5 years behind the Americans? lol

Lol. Yup welcome to Canada. I just tried to contact Bell about support for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 LTE and I got even worse customer service basically suggesting that Apple Watch is the only way to go if you want a cellular smart watch.
