Ottawa here too. Day 4 without access to most of the internet IP addresses that I use.

Same. Several IP addresses just time out. This includes anything twitter.com (including links provided by RogersHelps on twitter) and any battle.net / blizzard game servers. All recorded IgniteTV programs also time out.
