Rogers Community

We have a wall that blocks the ability to unscrew the coaxial cable. We want to connect it to the Gen 2 Ignite modem but we're having difficulty. We can't unscrew the bolt, we can't take off the plastic clip, any advice?       ***Edited Labels***
