Network Drive on Rogers

I have a 1TB Seagate 'FreeAgent-GoFlex'DVR HDD (used to be the extension to my Rogers PVR). Can I connect it to my Rogers 'EasyConnect' 6.0 modem as an external HD, accessible by all users on the WiFi network?    *Added Labels*
