I totally agree The process needs to be simplified not only for rogers but the other providers as well there seems to be a lack of communication or a standard procedure .
Why would you even think of choosing rogers for prepaid its the absolute worst provider ridiculous plans , Do yourself a favor shop around you will find much much better . not gonna name names but can tell u ur at the wrong place
