I had this s same issue , had a tech set up 2.4 GHz band . Still after 46 attempts, no connection happening

They make it hard to connect with someone , regarding it fir sure ,

Looks like they just turned my ignite box off coz I asked about my 2.4 GHz cameras not working , I said all the other services mean nothing if I can’t have my cameras , now my ignite shut down
