I ordered on Nov 9th. I have been told I won't receive my device until mid January. So at the earliest, it will be 9 weeks after ordering. A complete joke on how Rogers handled this.
I am in an identical situation. I also ordered to the store and haven't moved in the queue, whereas others who ordered weeks after me have had it delivered already.
