I'm right near Mooney's Bay. So I guess between Nepean and Alta Vista? Not entirely sure I'm new in town.

I'm getting the same issue here in Ottawa... Rogers sent a tech to hard reboot my white CODA-4582 modem and also installed a new one.. Still persists.
