Call Rogers and ask the ignite tech support rep to do a firmware update on your receiver that's experiencing this glitch. Then do a system refresh from the UI. This will resolve the issue. It did for me.

I had this exact issue. Call Rogers and ask them to do a firmware update on your ignite box. This will fix the screen saver freezing issue.
