Another work around: switch to Gmail and then have Gmail "Check email from other accounts". Go into the Gmail settings and set this up (it is quite easy). Works fine, and I now get all my emails into Outlook, which is linked to Gmail.
Not sure, I didn't know about this new mode. But it makes sense. Outlook ...out of the blue ... prompted me to long onto my Roger's email, which hasn't worked in many months. Unfortunately it is now not working. How does one switch modes?
Just got it to work yesterday. Outlook 2021 asked if I wanted to login into Rogers Yahoo email. Followed the prompts/procedure (using my Rogers email and Member Centre Password) and it actually worked!!
This is incredibly frustrating. It works on multiple Android devices, but I cannot get Outlook to work with Rogers. Definitely transitioning to Gmail ... but perhaps this is what Rogers actually want us to do. PATHETIC!
