rogers doesn't care about customers - i am going to discontinue my tv sub - just not worth the $

i was on phone for 8 plus hr in 2 days w/ rogers n got a letter from the prez office stating their behaviour was " respectful and professional " - i asked for a $25 credit for the abuse i suffered and was told 'no'
