Well... It depends... For me, I travel a few times a week so I like when sending 1 message stating I will be late, that it cost 0.75$ instead of triggering RLH so I had it disabled but for a person that go out of the country, it's a lot cheaper to us...
Being a person who travels almost 200 days a year, I sometimes want to use RLH when I need to heavy use my phone, but I don't want to trigger RLH when I just want to send a message to somebody to state i'll be late (0.75$ instead of 7$-12$).............
Long story short: Call and have them disable rlh in your account, problem solved *but*I had data triggering while data roaming off which was not making sense, escalated it to highest level where I and an engineer have been able to reproduce the probl...
