For those of you who plan to renew with a retention plan, will you either- Select the "Upgrade" option from the website and then call to have your plan be adjusted?- Reserve in-store and have it done over the phone live?

That's normal. They always put it on before the "official" time. I am #2 for a Pro 128GB Blue. 

I was able to "Upgrade" via MyRogers, Keep Existing plan and get another 520$ subsidy. Hopefully no bad surprises...
