Hi, I was advised by Tech Support to join this conversation to get a firmware upgrade. Currently I have .21 and need the latest .22 I believe. Please let me know when this is done, Thanks.

Tech support said I have firmware .22210am and I will need it upgrade to .22 , please do so, thanks.
