Hello, I'm curious if any other Twitch broadcasters are experiencing
this issue with Rogers. I get 250 down / 20 up consistently and my
upload to Twitch will start to drop frames/packets if I exceed around
3000 bps, which is not even a 1/4 of my uplo...
Well I've had a few spotty days where we have been dropping frames, but
not like it was. For the most part it's solid at 6k without a VPN now. I
still have 0 idea as to what exactly they 'fixed', they wouldn't ever
tell me. The best advice I can give...

but it doesn't represent a real world test. It's a short 10s burst, and
not at a constant bit rate of 5000 over a stream length of time. If I
