Looks like Rogers has added their equipment onto an already existing Bell cell tower in Clarke's Beach! Which would explain why you were seeing the signal fluctuations back in December. Nice to finally see some expansion in NL
Nope. My work phone with Bell got it and it was broadcast on CBC via OTA TV but my personal cell, Apple Watch and 2 roommates cells all with Rogers didn't get it. EDIT: To clarify, I'm in downtown Toronto.
