tried resetting both @RogersDave, no dice. going to try to have it
replaced tomorrow morning. still not being issued an IP. rogers tech
support insists its a router issue.

bridged mode with my black dot modem. did not have this issue with
non-black dot modem.
Just got the new black dot modem, running .19. Put it in bridge mode. As
soon as I did, I lost all internet access due to my modem not issuing my
