If I switch the Port 4 device to any of the other ports, it goes from 1 Gb/s to 100 Mb/s. I tried another PC on Port 2 at 100 Mb/s into Port 4 and then it became 1 Gb/s. So it looks like I might have to exchange this modem unless there's a way I can...
