I had to call in to get my wife's Pixel 3 working on Wifi.It would provision but never turned on.  They did something on their end and then it works RCS seems to be having issues, though

Recevied my UPS number this afternoon (S7, 5th of business list) One would assume I will see it Monday or Tuesday!
