Does anyone know if the Note 9 comes unlocked out of the box or do I need to call Rogers to do it?

@IainS I don't qualify for the Google Home Mini, but was offered a $100 credit by Customer Care.

@Meowmix Rogers created shipping label is for the "UPS Express Saver - Saturday Delivery". The item is still with Rogers tho. The status on UPS' website states: "Shipment Ready for UPS". It has not been picked up from Rogers. There has been no update...

My phone is scheduled to be delivered today. It is now 7 PM and the phone is still at Rogers. Guessing it will be a Tuesday deliver, if all goes well. Gotta love Rogers.
