I had the same issue, Rogers Asif responded with: "We are aware of the issue.The current work-around is to disable 2.4. Ghz Wi-fi before bridging the modem if you wanted to get rid of the light. RogersAsif"
So after the update, I'm in bridge mode however the 2.4ghz network light is still on for my modem, no actual network is being broadcasted however. Anyone else have this issue?
RogersAsif has just modified the original post, with the following: "With the modem in bridge mode, you will be able to receive the update regardless."Guess bridge mode isn't an issue.
I asked about this when I submitted my request, and all I got was "Your request has been submitted. Please allow up to 48 hours for the firmware to be pushed to your modem.". Here's hoping it pushes tonight, my previous DPC3825 had no problem receivi...
