I called Roger's technical support and they had me "reset network connections". Not the whole phone, just network connections. It workedYou will need to input your internet and Bluetooth passwords again since they get deleted in the reset.

It is June 29, 2024. I have the same darn problem. I did all the same things.Did you ever get an actual answer?
