I am with you on that Highway to Bell...after 20 years with Rogers if this issue isn't rectified IMMEDIATELY I will be switching EVERYTHING to Bell Fibe TV!!!
We don't want a guide or help to get used to this latest disaster, we simply want it GONE!! Just admit your mistakes, revert back to what wasn't in need of change and be done with it!
I agree whole heartedly, just scrap this mess all together and revert back to the previous guide! Just admit you failed miserably, apologize and let us get back to enjoying TV again.
I have just received the new Navigatr Guide and it is the absolute worst thing Rogers has ever forced us to use. It is not at all user friendly, it is twice the work to see your recordings, there does not appear to be any way to see upcoming schedule...
