They're in denial of the issue... Their tech support has no clue how to troubleshoot this problem and will just try to swap modems. No point of swapping a modem that will be on the newer firmware. I've given up waiting and just waiting for a new firm...
If you're in bridge mode then this new firmware is a piece of junk. Highly unstable. I don't know why Rogers decided to push this firmware during a time when everyone is dependent on stable internet and working from home. Mind boggling.
What I find funny is that given there are modems avaiable with better chips (e.g. Broadcom) compared to Puma they (Rogers) still decide to go with a Puma successor. The Technicolor TC4400 (Broadcom chip) approved by Rogers for use by third party ISP ...
