Rogers is quite a large company in Canada and has call centres all across the country. I wouldn't be surprised if there is more than one person named Jade employed in Customer Care. Rogers obviously can't give out any information about their employee...

Help me

Yesterday I talked to one the customer service at Rogers. Her name was Jade. If somebody knows her just let me know or tell her I am looking for her.

Wrost Service of Rogers Mobility

Users donot port in to Rogers. I had ported my number in Roger on 18/11/2024. Its Range is wrost even inside and  outside. When we want to contact with the customer care it shows the time about 44 minutes.     ***Edited Labels***

I would try sending a private message to @CommunityHelps .  They should be able to get you unsubscribed from Acorn TV at their end and hopefully reverse any charges that you incurred since cancelling.
