SMS from HSBC Hongkong

Any one had problem receiving SMS from HSBC Hongkong. I never had problems using fido but once switched to Rogers, these messages seem to have been blocked. Have checked my blocked contacts. Thanks

We are elated to have you on board with us and congrats on your first post! 🙌 This is a rather strange occurance. Do you happen to be referring to a shortcode from HSBC HongKong bank?

I'm wondering if you have your SMS filter enabled on your iPhone. Can you please follow these steps to see if it resolves the issue?

Settings > Messages > Unknown & Spam, and selecting None from the list.

Please let us know if that works!
