@yyzsam I've just done this, and yup, channels are back. Odd that a factory reset doesn't accomplish this. Anyone out there knowledgeable enough to advise why?
@gp-se I am on the black dot modem. I swapped just over a week ago for this same reason, and was resolved until I noticed very evident latency and speed issues today.
