Endless frustration

I've been around

Migrating from shaw to rogers has been a nightmare. I have spent hours on the phone with people who can’t even log into my account. Even after an hour of trying. Every time they have given some excuse tried to put the blame on me.

I have managed to migrate two out of four numbers successfully, so I know I’m doing it right. The other two numbers keep reverting back to the Roger’s number, which nobody has, so those two people cannot be reached. They are my children, so it is a big deal to me.

Rogers says they will send us a text confirming the change of number, to which we must reply yes. We have never received this text, even on the numbers that successfully migrated.

The website is glitchy. It took 4 attempts to even enter the number.

I have spent hours and hour and hours on the line with people who were incompetent or just unable to help and it is still not resolved. I never asked for this. Shaw worked fine and Rogers has been complete garbage.
