Hi. I recently got Ignite and when the technician set it up on my Sony Smart TV there were two options: basic cable (Rogers) or Google TV. The technician set up basic cable so that I use only the Rogers remote. My question is as follows: If I want to activate the smart Google TV, I assume I use the Sony remote to do so? Once set up, can I seamlessly switch back and forth between basic (Rogers) and Google using each respective remote? Or is it more complicated than that? Thanks for any thoughts/advice offered.

Good morning @don10!
While we don't directly offer support for Google TV, it functions separately from Ignite TV. You shouldn't have any issues seamless switching seamlessly if you set it up. 🙂
