Remote Control - future consideration

Recently, we got Ignite TV, my family commented about the placement of the microphone being so close to the number pad. After entering the channel number on the keypad, it is so easy to it press the microphone and not the selection button.

For the next remote control generation, please consider switching the microphone and the selection button.

Speaking to a technician, he said that customers were complaining that by using the mic they need to replace the batteries often.

Ams which remote are you referring to?
Xr11 or xr15?

I only.have the xr11 as all my remotes.

The technician did not specify what remote controls the customers were using.

Perhaps obtaining a xr11 would be a preferred remote.
