We have lost our ignite tv converter. Can we get a replacement?

Not sure, there might be a cost involved.
But you might be able to get one from a local Rogers store.

Give the store a call ahead of time before you attempt to visit to be sure they have it and can replace it for you. also confirm if any charges apply or not, so your not in for a surprise or upset when you visit the store.
