Is Someone Stealing my Wifi?

I've been here awhile

Hi there, can someone please help me, there are devices that don't belong to me connected to my wifi. I have changed my password 2 times but they still connect. Thanks !

@Shannie2  Are you using a WiFi range extender in your network?  If so, you could just be seeing the alternate virtual MAC addresses from devices connected to the RE.

 

If not, then you will need to investigate further.  (Try looking up the WiFi MAC addresses in https://macvendors.com to see what those mystery devices are.)  We can't provide you with any insights or guidance without more information.
