Ignite tv channels

I’m thinking of getting ignite tv but can’t get a clear answer on whether or not The Golf Channel is available.

For me, in the Toronto area, Golf Channel available as a Flex Channel in the "Flex 20 Including Sports" and "Premier" bundles.  With Starter, Flex 5, or Flex 10, you can only get is as a Standalone channel or as part of a sports theme pack, such as "Sports Lite" or "Sportsnet + TSN".
